A Coupling Model of High-Speed Train-Axle Box Bearing and the Vibration Characteristics of Bearing with Defects under Wheel Rail Excitation

چکیده

A three-dimensional vehicle-axle box bearing coupling model is established. The can calculate the contact force in three directions and obtain dynamic response of axle under real vehicle running environment. load distribution on double row tapered roller analyzed, co-simulation conducted by comprehensively considering transmission between bearing. Taking into account great impact defects bearing, different types are added model, respectively. simulation results verify effectiveness model. also verified using rolling vibrating test rig single wheelset. It concluded that show good agreement with experimental results. influence track irregularity system motion state studied axis trajectory vibration RMS (Root Mean Square value). wheel flat scar cannot be ignored. acceleration will change greatly due to existence defects. Wheel interfere extraction defect, but it selected at high speed low frequency monitor scar, select defect. research helpful detection
